These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nashville Roof Master website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nashville Roof Master is a licensed roofing Licensed Contractor in the state of Tennessee. Tennessee Licensed Contractor #GCCO007234. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured with $2,000,000 general liability coverage.
We provide residential and commercial roofing services including but not limited to: roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, metal roofing installation, shingle roofing, flat roofing, commercial roofing, gutter installation, roof inspection, emergency roof repair, skylight installation, solar integration, and related services.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If additional damage or structural issues are discovered during the project, we will communicate the scope and cost of additional work before proceeding. Final pricing is confirmed in the written service agreement.
All roofing projects require a written service agreement signed by both parties. The agreement specifies the scope of work, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms. No work begins until the agreement is fully executed and any required deposits are received.
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and approved financing. Standard payment schedule: deposit upon agreement signing, progress payment at material delivery, and final payment upon project completion and inspection.
Nashville Roof Master provides a 25-year workmanship warranty on all standard installations. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. GAF Master Elite installations qualify for the Golden Pledge warranty — 25 years of 100% coverage on both materials and labor. Warranty details are specified in your service agreement.
When assisting with insurance claims, we act as your contractor — not your insurance adjuster or legal representative. We document damage, provide estimates, and coordinate with adjusters, but final claim decisions rest with your insurance company. You are responsible for any deductibles and amounts not covered by insurance.
You may cancel a service agreement within 3 business days of signing without penalty, in accordance with Tennessee law. After the 3-day period, cancellation may be subject to restocking fees for ordered materials and compensation for work already performed.
Nashville Roof Master's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid under the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We obtain all required building permits and ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, including Tennessee state building code, local county and city codes, and manufacturer installation specifications. Permit fees are included in project pricing unless otherwise noted.
